Stockholm | Saturday, Aug 29, 2026 | Saturday, Aug 29, 2026 |
Stockholm is Sweden’s strikingly elegant and beautiful capital. Stockholm, noted for its outstanding architecture, is one of Scandinavia’s most attractive cities. In addition to its many man-made monuments, Stockholm boasts natural beauty - with one-third of the city’s total land area devoted to parks. As the country’s major city, Stockholm offers a wealth of monuments and sites, fine museums, and a rich culture. There are also hundreds of excellent restaurants, as well as a great selection of trendy boutiques and exciting nightclubs. Visitors should start their exploration of Stockholm with the Gamla Stan, the Old Town on Stadsholmen; an island in the center of the city, it has retained its medieval charm. The maze of narrow, cobbled streets, full of art studios, boutiques, antique shops, nightclubs and bars, is best explored on foot.

Berlin (Warnemünde) | Tuesday, Sep 01, 2026 | Tuesday, Sep 01, 2026 |
Warnemünde is the gateway to Germany's capital. The fall of the Berlin Wall in November of 1989 was a conspicuous and symbolic end to the era of the "Iron Curtain". For 45 years, Berlin had existed as a city divided. Today, with the Brandenburg Gate open once more, Berlin thrives with new life, yet it is not quite totally reunited. Like twins who've been separated for many years, it will take awhile to get to know one another again. From the Brandenburg Gate, Unter den Linden leads to the heart of old Berlin with its Prussian palaces and monuments. Venerable Humboldt Universitat nurtured some of Germany's greatest thinkers, including Hegel, Einstein, the Brothers Grimm, and Karl Marx. Wander through Spandau Zitadelle, a medieval fortress surrounded by placid waters, where the 13th-century Juliusturm Tower guards long-dead stories of past glories. For a taste of Berlin's creative side, sample the cafes and clubs of Kreuzberg.

Submit Your Own Review!Beautiful ship - upholds the Regent reputation
Pros: Beautiful ship - upholds the Regent reputation
Cons: The main entertainment/show performances began at 9:30 p.m.
Review: The proximity to the Faberge egg was an unexpected bonus; the chandeliers and lighting design were art in themselves; lush fabrics on furniture and window dressings; latest innovations in touchless connection at all doorways; spa service and amenities were immediately available when desired; attentive and gracious staff everywhere. We did not attend any shows due to the late hour. Only one evening was a shortened version of the Elton John performance offered that began at 5:30. BTW - it was fantastic! I would like to see more options like that.
New ship, great food, great entertainment
Pros: New ship, great food, great entertainment
Cons: There were none
Review: After being on the inaugural January of 2024, I couldn't wait to have another chance to get onboard this ship. It felt like coming home! Everything was just as shiny and new. We appreciated the varied food venues and types of cuisine offered. We were able to make more reservations onboard to our favorite restaurants, or if we met people we wanted to dine with. Our cabin was stellar! I did notice the bed was a little firm for me the first few nights, but I asked my stateroom steward for a mattress topper and it was added immediately for full comfort! All of the restaurants are highly recommended. We ate in each multiple times so we had the opportunity to sample many menu items. We also were able to enjoy a culinary class, which was done very well and created more learning and less work for the participants! Bars and lounges were unique enough to find some favorites in each of the course of the two weeks.

Review: loved our cruise on Regent Grandeur - a most wonder ful experience
Beautiful ship. Excellent service. Well trained and attentive staff. Food delicious and nice variety.
Pros: Beautiful ship. Excellent service. Well trained and attentive staff. Food delicious and nice variety.
Cons: No electrical outlet in bathroom. The vanity in the room has no mirror hanging above it so difficult to curl hair if using a curling iron.
Review: Lots of stunning artwork throughout the ship including a Fabrege egg.
Appointment of ship is excellant and staff is good. Most staterooms are well appointed.
Pros: Appointment of ship is excellant and staff is good. Most staterooms are well appointed.
Cons: There are two cabins to be avoided. 651 and 652. They are smaller and and poorly designed. The crew while good has a way to go to match other hgh end ships.

Review: Beautiful cruise ship with excellent service and staff.
All the help were wonderful and food....GREAT
Pros: All the help were wonderful and food....GREAT
Cons: Entertainment at 9:30??? Why so late? No movies playing on board.
Review: A great cruise and ship. The off ship tours were no so hot. Uncomfortable travel by bus or trolleys very uncomfortable, poor looking homes and areas. Expense of 1/2 hour scheduled rub down over $300.00, overpriced. Loved the folks in the resteraunts, very helpful, food was excellent. Fine ship!
This ship is gorgeous. Nothing to criticize. She is perfect in beauty, confort and spaces
Pros: This ship is gorgeous. Nothing to criticize. She is perfect in beauty, confort and spaces
Cons: Regent used to have very good food on their ships. This one being the new one should be even better but to our deception it was worst than any other Regent ship
Review: We do not think we are taking Regent anymore. The quality of the food went down very much. The ship is excellent and so do the service and personel . All them are well trained and very serviciable but unfortunately the quality of the meals were not

Pros: Ship and service were superb. Destinations at each port were excellent.
Cons: Disappointed in breakfast and lunch. Modest at best.
Review: Great ship but details need to be enhanced. For a six star ship more was expected. Not sure I would sail with them again.

Dining Options-Food
Pros: Dining Options-Food
Cons: Cancelled Land Excrsions
Review: The Staff on our cruise were very attentive. Our names were remembered and our morning coffee requests automatic. We felt pampered from the Spa experience to the Room Service, by the way the menu includes Salmon. To your room. Woof.
