Long recommended by Gemütlichkeit for its excellent location, moderate prices and pleasant, airy rooms, the Adria has made a comeback in recent years after falling on hard times, and is now back in our good graces.
The location, in a lovely, quiet, mostly residential neighborhood near the Englischer Garten, is but a 15-minute walk from the city center. Nearby are several small cafés and restaurants, including the atmospheric Liebighof which serves typical Bavarian fare and looks much as it did 30 years ago.
Breakfast is included but WiFi access is not. Cheaper on weekends.
